Final Squeeze Citrus Gin (500ml)
damagedgoodsdistilling.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
A zero-waste citrus gin from Damaged Goods Distilling Co., distilled from lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit husks rescued within 24 hours of juicing. Vapour-infused juniper, coriander, macadamia, Geraldton wax, pepperberry, pink pepper, lavender, bay leaf and orris lift it with sherbet-like brightness, floral and herbaceous notes and a gently peppery, warming finish. The vapour-infused wax flower is the one to borrow for your own gin — it adds an aromatic, floral lift without weighing the spirit down.
