  • You can book with gift cards by heading to our online booking portal and entering the code at checkout.

  • There are no issues with your group booking individually or in multiple groups, we have plenty of space on the day for everyone to sit how they would like.

  • There are several common reasons for a gift card to not apply correctly.

    1. If the gift card was purchased between July 2024 and October 2025, with a 5 digit order number. It will need to be manually transferred to our new system. We have set up tool for you to do this, it can be accessed here: https://www.ginschool.au/migrate

    2. A typo in the code, common typos are mistaking 0's and capital o's or capital i's with lower case L's. Please check your code to see if this could be the cause.

    3. Using the order number instead of the gift card code, this can happen if the email containing the code was missed and only the order number was used. Most of our recent gift cards are 16 characters long while our order numbers are 5 digits.

    4. Make sure that the gift card is for the product you are looking to redeem, our Gin School gift cards can only be used on direct Gin School bookings.

  • Our [Gin School, Rum School, Bespoke] gift cards can only be used on the product that they are purchased for.

  • After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email from us, we try to process orders within 1-3 business days after receiving an order but during periods of high demand this can be slightly slower. Once processing of your order starts you will receive another email that contains your shipping information.

    The shipping information will contain the tracking information for your order with the delivery service being used to deliver your order.

    If you did not receive an order confirmation, it is likely that a type was made in your email address - please contact us so we can fix this for you.

  • For shipping issues please contact the delivery service used to deliver your order, this will usually involve starting a missing parcel investigation on the tracking page for your order.

    Once this is begun they will conduct an investigation. This will result in either the parcel being found or it being marked as lost. If it is lost or damaged, please contact us as we will then be able to ship you a replacement order.

  • The distillation process removes gluten proteins; however, we don’t operate a certified gluten-free facility, so we can’t guarantee the absence of trace amounts from shared equipment or handling.
