RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to liquor licensing laws and the nature of our products, no returns or refunds are offered for:

Bottled spirits (including Rivertown Gins, Bespoke Gins, or Custom Gins)

Completed Gin School or Rum School bookings

Gift cards or vouchers (these do not expire)
Replacements may be considered only where goods arrive damaged and insurance has been purchased. Contact cs@ginschool.co with proof of purchase and photos of the damage within 7 days.
