Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to liquor licensing laws and the nature of our products, no returns or refunds are offered for:

  • Bottled spirits (including Rivertown Gins, Bespoke Gins, or Custom Gins)

  • Completed Gin School or Rum School bookings

  • Gift cards or vouchers (these do not expire)

Replacements may be considered only where goods arrive damaged and insurance has been purchased. Contact cs@ginschool.co with proof of purchase and photos of the damage within 7 days.
