Anther Black Cherry Gin 2023
anther.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Anther Black Cherry Gin 2023 is made from over 55,000 hand-pitted Tasmanian black cherries, pitted by more than 50 volunteers and macerated in Anther Australian Dry Gin. The base layers finger lime, lemon-scented gum, eucalyptus radiata, juniper, coriander, cassia, orris, angelica, tarragon, wormwood, clove, nutmeg, red ginger and grains of paradise beneath the bright red, juniper-kicked fruit. The lemon-scented gum is a native worth chasing for your own gin — a eucalypt leaf that reads as sherbet-sharp citrus rather than menthol.
