Prohibition Liquor Co | Juniperus Gin
prohibitionliquor.co Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Prohibition Liquor Co.'s most classical expression, a tribute to London Dry from their Seppeltsfield speakeasy in the Barossa. Their hero juniper is distilled whole, crushed, macerated and vapour-infused for maximum depth, while grains of paradise and cassia add warmth and structure. Riverland lemon, grapefruit and navel orange lift the palate, softened by vanilla and macadamia, with coriander, angelica, orris and liquorice rounding it out. Grains of paradise bring a peppery, citrus-edged heat — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
