Melbourne Dry Gin pays homage to London Dry with a twist of Melbourne, its eleven botanicals each individually distilled then blended winemaker-style. On a juniper and coriander foundation sit estate-grown grapefruit and rosemary from Gembrook Hill in the Yarra Valley, plus macadamia, sandalwood, honey myrtle and navel orange, with angelica, orris and cassia for cosmopolitan depth. That honey myrtle lends a sweet, native floral lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
