Anther Distillery's Geelong Dry Gin, first released in 2020, with a rich, complex texture and a bone-dry finish. Built on juniper, coriander, cassia, orris, angelica, lemon scented gum, geraldton wax, clove, nutmeg, licorice and finger lime, each bottle is infused with local saltbush. Saltbush lends a savoury, mineral edge — one to reach for when you build your own bill. 40% ABV.
