Based on spirit distilled from malted barley, wheat and oats, Adnams First Rate Gin is flavoured with thirteen botanicals: juniper, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom, cassia, vanilla, angelica, caraway seed, fennel seed, thyme, liquorice, sweet orange and lemon peel. The warm spirit is left to infuse overnight, then distilled over six hours for a deeply aromatic result. Warm, savoury caraway is a hero to reach for when you build your own bill. 48%.
