Sticky Carpet Gin
fourpillarsgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Four Pillars' Sticky Carpet Gin is a tribute to Australia's great front bars, made with Little Creatures pale ale and hops poured straight into the still. Around a dense canvas of resiny juniper sit coriander, honey, roasted barley, cassia, macadamia, orris, lemon, lemon myrtle, lavender and ginger, finishing chewy, malty and bright — Gold at the 2024 Global Gin Masters. That spoon of honey lends a soft, rounding sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
