Six-Eyed Chilli Gin | Chilli Infused Gin - Hillmartin Gin Distillery
hillmartin.com.au Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Hillmartin Gin Distillery macerates Six-Eyed Scorpion's Extra Spicy Chilli straight into their smooth HM London Dry. Three chillies and two peppers deliver a fiery burst, with fennel, dried shiitake and cinnamon adding depth, all resting on a base of juniper, coriander, cassia, lemon myrtle and anise myrtle. Complex, tingling and bold at 41.6% ABV. Shiitake brings a savoury, umami undertone — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
