Pumori Gin
pumorigin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Pumori is distilled in 200-litre batches with 12 botanicals sourced from the Indian subcontinent, including juniper berries from Mount Pumori in the Himalayas — the source of its name. Rounding out the bill are orange peel, aniseed, vanilla, liquorice, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, almond and cinnamon. That high-altitude juniper is a hero botanical to anchor your own gin.
