Prohibition Liquor Co. | Barrel Aged Gin
prohibitionliquor.co Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Prohibition Liquor Co. aged a 59% expression of their original gin in custom-coopered barrels that once held American bourbon, then Barossa Valley shiraz, recharred to give new life. The overproof blush-coloured spirit is soft and silky with a gentle shiraz note and rich oaked rye back-note, yet keeps the vanilla and floral character that defines their juniper-led gins. Vanilla brings a warm, rounded sweetness — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own barrel-aged bill.
