Olive Leaf Gin
fourpillarsgin.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Four Pillars' textural, savoury Olive Leaf Gin uses three cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oils and olive leaf tea from Victoria's Cobram Estate. Mediterranean rosemary and bay leaf sit alongside native macadamia and lemon myrtle, with juniper, coriander, grapefruit, lemon, lavender and orris rounding it out. Bright and perfect for a Martini. Olive leaf brings a savoury, green note — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
