nginious! Swiss Blended Gin

nginious.ch Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

An ambitious Swiss gin flavoured with 18 botanicals distilled in four separate batches, then blended into one harmonious whole. Alongside juniper, barberry, laurel fruit, sweet orange peel and grapefruit sit aromatic cardamom, hay flower, clover blossoms, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, camomile, black currant leaves, orris root, carline thistle root, galangal and liquorice. Hay flower is a wonderfully evocative botanical — meadow-sweet and grassy, a hero to make your own gin sing with the scent of summer fields.
