Magellan Gin

Magellan is a French gin built on neutral spirit triple-distilled from Capet wheat grown in the Beauce Valley, named for explorer Ferdinand Magellan and his voyage to the Spice Islands. Distilled with juniper, cassia, grains of paradise, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, liquorice, cloves, cardamom and orange peel, it is then infused with orris root and flowers for its blue hue. GinSchool tip: grains of paradise deliver a warm, peppery heat with a hint of citrus, perfect for adding spice-route depth to your bill.
