Ish Gin
ishgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Launched in 2011 as a London Dry with a scandalous streak, Ish Gin is batch distilled at London's Thames Distillers, where eleven botanicals are macerated in grain neutral spirit for 24 hours before distillation. Juniper leads with an extra shot, layered over coriander seed, angelica root, almond, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia, liquorice, lemon and orange peel. That double dose of juniper is the hero to reach for when you want pine-forward backbone in your own bill.
