Fresh Yuzu Gin
fourpillarsgin.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Four Pillars' Fresh Yuzu Gin is a bright, aromatic dry gin built around locally grown yuzu, whose lemon-mandarin-cumquat-grapefruit aromatics are deepened by Australian finger lime. Drawing on the team's adventures making gin in Japan, ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha green tea add depth over a strong pine-needle juniper canvas with coriander, angelica, lavender and lemon myrtle. Yuzu is a dazzling citrus hero to reach for when you build your own bill.
