Chase Great British Extra Dry Gin
chasedistillery.co.uk Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Billed as Britain's first single-estate gin, Chase GB Extra Dry is made by redistilling Chase potato vodka with 11 botanicals: juniper buds, juniper berries, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon peel. The rare use of juniper buds alongside the berries deepens the piney heart — a distinctive trick to try when you build your own bill.
