Campfire London Dry, launched in 2016 by Puddingstone Distillery, is made with 10 botanicals: juniper, orris, coriander, angelica, rooibos, roasted hazelnut, golden berry, fresh orange peel, fresh grapefruit peel and lavender, macerated 24 hours then distilled in a 200-litre still named Amelia. Earthy rooibos gives it a smoky, tea-like warmth — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
