Forestis is carefully distilled to highlight the essence of Juniper, capturing the purity and essence of this foundational gin botanical. We’ve added spruce to enliven the pine and delicate citrus notes of Juniper. Imagine a hike through an Italian alpine forest, freshness, pine and umami, that's what we were thinkig about when we created it.
Delightful pine forest with a light and bright floral aroma. Quite delicious with tonic, or shaken up as a sour. Seriously our new favourite.
