Manly Spirits Co.'s 'The Beaches' is a luscious, gin-a-colada-style tropical spirit built on a pineapple and lime backbone with classic notes of mango, coconut and banana. Smooth and creamy upfront, it shows citrus from blood orange and rainforest lime before a fresh pine-lime finish, with juniper and sea parsley poking through. Coconut is the showstopper here — a creamy, indulgent botanical to play with when you make your own gin.
