Moonlight Gin
prohibitionliquor.co Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Prohibition Liquor Co.'s Moonlight Gin is a shade-shifting violet pink gin that explodes with luminescence when mixed. This bootlegger's bouquet combines cold-distilled pink lady apple with native blood lime and rare red juniper, while black goji berry, clove and hibiscus tease the mid-palate, sandalwood nut adds mouthfeel and honeybush gives length, over a juniper base. Butterfly pea flower drives the dramatic colour change — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
