Gidley Dry Gin
kingislanddistillery.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Gidley Dry Gin is King Island Distillery's ultra-premium expression, crafted on Bass Strait with the island's pure rainwater. Bright citrus leads into rich, resinous juniper, balanced by warm spice from cassia, green cardamom and aniseed myrtle, with native Tasmanian pepperberry and Kakadu plum lending earthiness. A creamy mouthfeel gives way to a gentle, lingering peppery finish. That Tasmanian pepperberry brings native heat — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
