El Cuatro Gin
fourpillarsgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Four Pillars' limited-edition El Cuatro is inspired by the colour and flavour of Mexico, layering fragrant habanero chilli, sweet agave nectar, aromatic Mexican oregano, zesty finger lime and bitter orange over juniper, coriander, ginger, green cardamom, lavender, angelica and grapefruit. Built to shine in a G&T or a ginny spicy marg. That Mexican oregano brings bright, floral citrus notes with a hint of anise — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
