Dutch Courage Old Tom is pot-distilled by Zuidam with ten botanicals: juniper, elderflower, Italian orris root, Moroccan coriander, angelica, sweet orange, whole fresh Spanish lemons, Indian liquorice, whole vanilla beans from Madagascar and a secret ingredient — then aged in American oak casks. The result is rich, rounded and gently sweet. That Madagascan vanilla brings a smooth, dessert-like warmth — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
