Dockyard Gin

Aptly named for the historic Chatham Dockyard where it's made, Dockyard Chatham Dry Gin carries nine botanicals: juniper, locally sourced elderflower, coriander seeds, Spanish orange and Italian lemon peels, green cardamom, grains of paradise, angelica root and orris root. The distillery even produces its own base neutral grain spirit. Those peppery grains of paradise add a warm, spicy kick — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
