Loved our afternoon at the Brisbane Distillery creating our own unique batch of gin individually chosen from a huge range of possible botanicals. The class was very professionally presented, but with lots of laughs along the way — and you get to sip on 4 different gin cocktails and yummy food accompaniments whilst your personalised gin is being made.
Had a lot of fun at the gin masterclass on Friday. The team at Brisbane Distillery love their product, and love teaching people about it — and it really shows. A great experience, and I ended up with a tasty self-selected product at the end. Very highly recommended.
