Zuidam Dutch Courage Gin
zuidam.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Distilled at the Zuidam distillery in Holland using the steep-and-boil method, this Dutch dry gin is built on eight botanicals. Juniper, coriander, angelica, Spanish orange and lemon peel, Madagascan vanilla, Indian liquorice and cardamom pods from Ceylon come together for a smooth, refined profile. That Madagascan vanilla rounds the spirit with a gentle sweetness — a hero to reach for when you build your own gin.
