Sydney Dry Gin

ocdistilling.com Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery

Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin leads with a classic juniper backbone, lifted by fresh green Granny Smith apple, native strawberry gum leaf and chamomile. Underneath sit lemon myrtle, coriander, angelica, cinnamon, cardamom and cubeb pepper for an easy-drinking gin that's delicate, fresh and floral. Strawberry gum lends a soft, candied-eucalypt note — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
