Sloane’s Original Dry Gin

sloanesgin.eu Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Named for Sir Hans Sloane, the physician-botanist whose collection seeded the Natural History Museum, Sloane's distils each of its nine botanicals separately before blending. The recipe runs juniper, cardamom, Italian iris root, Moroccan coriander, angelica root, Indian liquorice root, Madagascan vanilla pods, Spanish lemons and sweet oranges, using whole fresh botanicals where possible. Vanilla lends a warm, rounded sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
