A naturally coloured blue gin from Winston Quinn, a floral infusion of nine hand-selected botanicals built to stand out in a crowd. Butterfly pea flower gives the colour, with lavender, violet leaf and lemon myrtle carrying the floral lift over a juniper base, rounded by coriander, angelica, fresh lemon and orange peel. Best with a light tonic, soda or sparkling water. Butterfly pea flower lends natural colour that shifts with acidity — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
