A limited 2015 release of 300 bottles, Sipsmith's Raffles 1915 marks the centenary of the Singapore Sling, created at Raffles' Long Bar. Master Distiller Jared Brown drew on botanicals inspired by the Malaysian peninsula — jasmine flowers, fresh pomelo peel, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, nutmeg and cardamom — distilled with classics like juniper, coriander and orris root. Kaffir lime leaf brings a vivid Southeast Asian lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
