Signature Gin
newydistillery.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Wandering Distillery's Signature Gin is the small-batch Perth gin that put them on the map — eight botanicals coming together without one stepping out of line. A clean juniper and citrus nose gives way to native lemon myrtle, brighter and more floral than lemon zest, with coriander and sweet orange peel filling the mid-palate. Cassia warmth, a measured hit of black pepper and angelica root build the spice backbone, while rosemary runs quietly through to lengthen the finish. Named Champion Distillery at the 2023 Perth Royal Awards, it shows how native lemon myrtle can define a Western Australian gin.
