Produced in April 2018 by Partridges with Dunnet Bay, this is the second London Dry to mark the Chelsea Flower Show — timed, fittingly, to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding. Partridges say it's infused with bergamot and carries notes of citrus, coriander and vanilla. Hand-filled, hand-numbered and wax-sealed. That bright bergamot lift is a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
