Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin
Nordes Atlantic Galician Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
From Galicia in north-west Spain, Nordés is built on Albariño grape spirit and named for the region's fresh northerly wind. It carries twelve botanicals — verbena, laurel, sage, glasswort, eucalyptus, mint, juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus, liquorice and tea — for a distinctly coastal, herbal character. Saline glasswort brings a rare seaside minerality — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
