Navy Strength Gin | Hillmartin Distillery

Amy's Navy Strength from HM Gin (Hillmartin) in Plenty, Victoria — a bold 58% ABV gin built on ruby red grapefruit and vanilla over a heavy dose of juniper, with coriander, cassia, angelica root, lemon myrtle and anise myrtle. Rested eight weeks to let the flavours deepen; fewer than 50 bottles per limited batch. Grapefruit is the fresh citrus hero to lean on when you want a bright lift in a high-strength bill.
