Distilled on the Isle of Wight with hand-picked island botanicals such as Rock Samphire and Boadicea hops grown at Ventnor Botanic Garden. Other botanicals include, juniper berries, English coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, angelica root, liquorish, orris root, elderflower and grains of paradise. The ten botanicals are steeped in neutral grain spirit for 24 hours prior to distillation in a 300 litre still. The distillate is rested for seven days prior to bottling. Originally named Wight Mermaids Gin, the name was changed and the packaging much improved with a bespoke bottle.
