Loopuyt Gin
loopuyt.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Developed in 2013, Loopuyt is a New Western styled gin built from 12 individually distilled botanical distillates blended together. The bill runs juniper, lavender, orange and grapefruit peel, cinchona, nutmeg, fresh raspberries, cardamom, incan berries, mulberries, goji berries and coriander. GinSchool tip: cinchona bark is the source of quinine's bitterness, so adding it to a gin builds tonic-like depth straight into the spirit.
