James Martin's Gin London Dry Gin
jamesmartinsgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Made in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef and TV presenter James Martin, this London Dry is distilled in small batches. The botanicals include organic juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, ginger, lemongrass, pine, dried Valencia orange peel, Limoncello lemon zest and two undisclosed extras. The pine note brings a resinous, forest-floor lift, a distinctive hero to play with when you want your own gin to feel wild and green.
