A zesty sibling to the original, Ish Limed Gin is multi-shot distilled by Thames Distillers in London for The Poshmakers. Nine botanicals are macerated in grain neutral alcohol for 24 hours before distillation: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, lime powder, ginger, bay leaves and orris. The lime powder delivers a bright, concentrated citrus snap, a clever hero botanical when you want zing without dilution in your own gin.
