Greenall's Gin

greenallsgin.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry

Greenall's is made to Dakin's original 1761 recipe with eight botanicals — juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica, orris, liquorice, cassia bark and bitter almond — macerated in wheat neutral spirit and pure water in a pot still for at least 24 hours before distillation. England's oldest gin distillery keeps it classic and balanced. Cassia bark is your friend for warmth — a sweeter, softer cousin of cinnamon that rounds out any traditional bill.
