A bold Portuguese gin at 58%, distilled on nine botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, cassia, elderflower, orange peel, clove, nutmeg and fig bark. Bottled in an Erlenmeyer flask, corked and sealed with red wax — a nod to its experimental, apothecary spirit. The unusual fig bark lends an earthy, woody character — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
