Fool's Cut Gin

Not for pedants or children: Poor Toms of Marrickville built Fool's Cut for audacious drinkers who like their spirit strong and full of juniper. At 52% it's rich, classic and full-bodied, with a whiff of grapefruit up top and an all-night liquorice/juniper finish, layered over coriander, angelica, cinnamon, cardamom, cubeb pepper and chamomile. Best in an ultra-dry martini, a thirsty G&T or a Last Word. Cubeb pepper adds a warm, peppery-pine complexity — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
