Manly Spirits Co.'s Fairy Bower Gin is a citrus- and lime-forward gin inspired by the charming Fairy Bower Pool carved into the Manly coastline. A smooth, velvety entry shows rainforest lime and finger lime, with citrus pulling through before a hit of juniper and coriander seed lightens the palate. Finger lime, with its caviar-like burst of acidity, is a brilliant native to build a coastal gin around.
