Dry Cut is a uniquely modern London Dry-style gin handcrafted in Brisbane by Winston Quinn, built around a balanced punch of fresh citrus as a nod to the Australian climate. Fresh lemon and orange rind and lemon myrtle join angelica, coriander, juniper, lavender and violet leaf for a gin that sits comfortably with tonic or soda. Violet leaf lends a green, subtly floral note — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
