Dorchester Old Tom

Launched in June 2014, Dorchester Old Tom is made specially for The Dorchester hotel in 220-litre batches by the City of London Distillery, a recipe driven by the hotel's legendary bar manager Giuliano Morandin. It's flavoured with juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, cardamom, fresh lemon and orange peel. That warming cassia bark gives the sweeter Old Tom style its backbone — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
