Darnley's View Spiced Gin
darnleysview.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Darnley's View Spiced Gin is based on neutral wheat spirit and distilled in a small stainless steel pot still at Thames Distillers in London with ten botanicals: juniper, cinnamon, nutmeg, cassia, grains of paradise, ginger, cumin, cloves, coriander seed and angelica root. Named for the moment Mary Queen of Scots first glimpsed Lord Darnley at Wemyss Castle in 1565. That warming grains of paradise is a peppery hero to reach for in your own gin.
