Newy Distillery's Coal Miner Strength is a 55% navy-strength gin, crafted in Newcastle from a blend of fresh, locally and globally sourced ingredients. The botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark, almonds, orris root and grains of paradise, lifted by fresh lemon, orange and lime. The extra strength draws the flavours forward, making it a complex, cocktail-ready spirit. Bronze at the 2021 Australian Gin Awards.
