Chilgrove Dry Gin
chilgrovespirits.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Chilgrove Dry Gin is based on neutral spirit distilled from grape wine, then redistilled with 11 botanicals by Thames Distillers: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, sweet orange, bitter orange, orris root, liquorice, grains of paradise, lime peel, savory and wild water mint. Named after the Sussex hamlet of Chilgrove. Peppery grains of paradise add a gentle warming bite — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
