Blind Tiger Organic Rare Dry Gin
stagnesdistillery.com.au Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Distilled and bottled in South Australia by Angove's (St Agnes Distillery, Renmark), Blind Tiger is a rare dry gin built from ten certified-organic botanicals, each distilled individually through a small pot still before blending. On premium Australian organic wheat spirit it shows abundant juniper, warm spice from coriander, cassia and angelica, and a citrus freshness of lemon, orange, bitter orange and lime, with savory and liquorice rounding it out. That bright bitter orange is a hero note to reach for when you build your own bill.
